Payments

What payments do you accept?

We accept paypal as well as all major debit/credit cards; using stripe payment for safe, secure and easy payment to all of our customers. Our store is based in the UK so shopping cart will be converted from GBP; although you can change the stores currency at the top of the page to check how much this will cost in your native currency. 

Why is my order processing in GBP when I selected a different currency?

This is just because our shop is located in the United Kingdom; so all orders are processed in GBP at checkout. This is the exact same price you seen in your local currency except it has been converted into GBP. 

What if I receive a "payment error"?

Most errors happen when the billing address doesn't match the address connected to your credit card.  Make sure that the billing address is the same as your credit/debit card.  If you are using a prepaid credit card (such as Vanilla Mastercard or Visa prepaid) make sure that you have registered your card at www.vanillamastercard.com or at www.visa.com.

What will my bank statement say?

Payments to DDLGWorld will simply show as "DLWORLD" on bank statements. 

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide for free to ensure customers from all over the world can enjoy our products; we understand how annoying it can be paying massive delivery costs for one or two items. 

Is your shipping discreet?

Our items are packaged discreetly to ensure the utmost privacy. 

How long will it take for delivery?

We try our best to ensure all of our orders arrive within 1-3 weeks of ordering however sometimes this may not be possible due to items having to be made to order; items being stuck in customs for international delivery's and general postage delays. 

What if my package is lost or damaged? 

Contact us and we can file a claim with your courier and have replacement items sent to you as soon as possible! 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my item?

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery so long as the item is unused for hygienic reasons and in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying return postage unless the item did not match what you ordered or the item arrived damaged. If you would like to return or exchange an item please contact us before sending the item back to us.
